DBS/Grace Coach Lines is a part of the Dakota Bus Service, or Dakota Trailways family of companies. Dakota Trailways was started in 1957 and is a third-generation, family owned business, with a long-standing heritage of excellence and commitment to its customers. The merge with Dakota Bus Service allows Grace Coach Lines to expand its services and continue to offer great, reliable transportation to our customers into the future.

Dakota Trailways is a proud member of the Trailways franchise, one of America’s oldest and most respected transportation systems in North America. The Trailways franchise has been serving travelers since 1936. Our franchise system is comprised of independent travel and transportation companies which are all required to meet high standards of safety and service.

  • Dickinson, ND

  • Gillette, WY

  • Newcastle, WY

All locations actively provide charter bus transportation to all parts of the United States.

Safety

DBS/Grace Coach Lines is committed to the safety of our customers. We hire coach operators who are caring and highly trained. Safety is achieved by constantly maintaining a high level of quality in our vehicles, and strict adherence by our staff to safety guidelines and performance integrity. We also carry a $5 million liability policy with one of the premier motorcoach insurance providers. A certificate of insurance is available to our customers upon request.

Dakota Trailways currently has a number one inspection rating from the Department of Defense. This honor is only achieved by companies that “clearly demonstrate the highest commitment of safety to their customers and employees -  a commitment that is manifested in a superior claims record.” Dakota Trailways has achieved this prestigious distinction by insisting that every one of our drivers, staff members, and associates maintain a high level of quality service, safety and performance integrity.
